If you are a member or have entered an HYRA rodeo this year you are all set to enter the next rodeo. Begin typing your name in the box and names will begin to appear. Choose your name, choose the rodeo Saturday or Sunday and then choose the events. You have to enter both Saturday and Sunday.
If you are not a member or haven't entered a rodeo this year, you will have to get your information to me before you can enter. Please either email or fax your completed membership form to rodeohyra@gmail.com or 620-532-1197.
If you need stalls for the rodeo, please text Lindsey May at 316-393-3915. They are $25/stall and will be added to your bill.
Shavings are $8 and need to be paid for at the office before taking them.
You will pay your fees at the rodeo with cash or a check. We will not be using online payments such as PayPal.
If you need to cancel your entries, you must do so before 7:00 pm on the Friday before the rodeo by calling Melissa at 620-532-1477.
